Get Creative with Smoothies
The Basics

1 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 packets of
Truvia
1 scoop Protein Powder
6-12 ice cubes
Put milk, vanilla, Truvia and protein powder in blender.
Blend on highest speed for 20 seconds. Add one or two
creative ingredients. Blend another 20 seconds. Add ice
cubes one at a time. Blending until smooth.

Pour into a large glass, add a straw and enjoy!
Creative Ingredients

1 TBSP Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 banana
or
2 TBSP PB-2
