Peanut Butter Bon Bons
1 pkg sugar free mini dark or milk chocolate bars
6 TBSP  PB-2
2 pkts Truvia
2 TBSP hot water
aprox. 2 TBSP room temperature water
Candy Molds
2 zip lock or disposable decorating bags

Dissolve Truvia in hot water, mix with PB-2, add additional water as needed to bring
PB-2 to a peanut butter consistency. Place in bag Set aside.
Place chocolate bars in bag. Microwave 30 sec. at a time until melted or place in
simmering water until melted.
(if you use the water method make sure to dry the bag before continuing.)

Snip a tiny corner from the bag. Coat the inside of the candy mold with chocolate. Snip
a little larger corner from the PB-2 bag.Fill centers of chocolate with PB-2. Cover with
more chocolate until mold is filled.

Place in the freezer for about 5 min. Pop chocolates out of the mold and arrange on a
pretty plate. Happy Valentines Day.
