In a bowl, combine milk, eggs, agave nectar and Truvia; Whisk until well
combined. Place bread slices in a baking dish that has been coated with
non-stick spray, (sprinkle spices raisins and almonds over bread), about 2-quart
size. Pour the milk mixture over bread. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for about an
hour, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm
berry compote. Serves 6.
