Pita Pizza 4 Joseph’s® Pita rounds 1 cup marinara sauce 2 cups fat free mozzarella cheese ½ cup chopped green onion ½ cup chopped green pepper ½ cup chopped black or green olives 4 oz smoked turkey breast, julienne Preheat oven to 350. Place pita on large cookie sheet. Divide toppings between the pitas. Use half of the allotted cheese after marinara and the other half after the other toppings so that there is cheese on in every bite. Place in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges of pita are starting to brown. Cut into wedges and serve. Serves 4 |
