Hummus
With Pita Angles


2 Cups Garbanzo Beans
The Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
1 TBSP fresh Rosemary
1 TBSP Tahini Paste
1 tsp Wasabi
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 Joseph's® Pita Rounds
Olive Oil Spray
2 TBSP Chopped Green Onion

Rinse and drain Garbanzo Beans. Place in food processor. Add Lemon Juice and Zest, Rosemary, Tahini
Paste, Wasabi and Garlic Powder. Turn processor on medium and drizzle in Olive Oil. Process on medium
until smooth.

Preheat oven to 350º. Cut pita rounds into triangles. (About 6-8 each.) Spread pita angles out on large baking
sheet. Mist with Olive Oil Spray. Bake for about 15 minutes, checking constantly until golden brown.

Serve hummus with pita angles, chopped green onion and other veggies of your choice.
